  How often will I receive activity reports?
The default is every 60 minutes, but you may change that to what ever you want.

Can I send the reports to more than one email address?
Yes, you may send the reports up to three different email addresses.

How does email forwarding work?
It is simple; you would not need to do anything on your end as this is a default feature in the tracking software. It works when ever they send or receive an email. Once they have sent or opened the email you will be sent a secret copy to your email address. You also have the ability to pick and choose which emails you would like to see.
 

I understand that chat can be instantly forwarded to me, but I would prefer that it is included in my activity report. Can I do this?
Yes. eBlaster allows you to have the chat conversations instantly forwarded to you, or you may choose to have the chat conversations to only be included in the activity report.
 

I do not have access to the computer that I need to track, what can I do?
eBlaster has an optional remote install. The remote install works by allowing you to create a file (it is easy to do) that you would send to the target computer. Once they open the file on the target computer, eBlaster will install and begin tracking activity on that remote machine.

NOTE: You MUST be the owner of the computer to be monitored, OR you must have permission from the owner of the computer to install the eBlaster software. If you are not the owner of the computer or do not have permission from the owner of the computer, and you install eBlaster on that computer anyway, you have violated the eBlaster software license agreement AND you may violate local, state or federal law.
In addition, Spectorsoft will cooperate with law enforcement authorities if you install this software on a computer that you do not own or do not have permission to install.


Will the reports that are sent to me show up in their sent box?
No. eBlaster does not use the email client software and because of that there will never be any activity reports sent from their email services.
 

Is there any way they can find this internet tracking software?
Nothing is 100% undetectable and if someone stakes claim that their software is 100% non detectable, they are wrong. With that being said, eBlaster is among the very few products available that are VERY difficult to detect. There is no folder, icon, filename to search for. In fact it is not even listed as a background running task.

After the tracker is installed, how can I make changes if I wanted to?
You may do this by accessing the program with your hotkeys and password. Once you have done that, you will have brought the program out of hiding and can make setting changes.

What kind of support will I receive?
SpectorSoft offers a wider range of support options to customers. You may call or email them 7 days a week 24 hours a day if you have a problem.

I like eBlaster because it tracks the activity and can send it to my email address, but I also like the additional features that Spector Pro offers. Can I use both on the same computer?
Yes. eBlaster and Spector pro work hand in hand on the same computer. SpectorSoft knew that the majority of people would want to have an internet tracking software that can email activity to them, but also may want to take advantage of the additional features Spector pro has.
